Fondant Cakes are my most popular request. Why? Because they are beautiful to look at and taste amazing! Kids of all ages love the look of these timeless classics. If you can dream it, I can create it.
From baby showers to retirement, my fondant cakes are made with only the freshest ingredients. Most importantly - I use only homemade marshmallow fondant. My marshmallow fondant is made with only two ingredients: marshmallows and powdered sugar. With only two ingredients that you can actually pronounce, you can taste the difference!
You may be wondering how my homemade marshmallow fondant is different from other fondants. Commercial fondants used at some bakeries are made with these ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Glycerine, Tapioca Starch, Gum Tragacanth Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Artificial Flavor Sodium Acetate and Acetic Acid. Yuk! My homemade marshmallow fondant contains no preservatives, thickening agents or any ingredients you can't pronounce.
